This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard your information when you visit leadersedgelabs.com (the “Site”) or purchase our products. It also describes your rights regarding your personal information and how you can exercise those rights.

A. Information you provide directly:

B. Information collected automatically:

  • Device and browser data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring/exit URLs, device identifiers, and screen resolution.

  • Analytics data — Information collected through Shopify’s built-in analytics and, if enabled, third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to help us understand how visitors use the Site.

C. Information from third parties:

  • Shopify — Our e-commerce platform, Shopify Inc., processes orders and transactions on our behalf and may provide us with aggregated analytics data. Shopify’s processing of your data is governed by Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
  • Payment processors — Our payment processor provides us with limited transaction information (such as confirmation of payment and the last four digits of your card) to fulfill and manage your orders.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Processing and fulfilling your orders, including sending digital download links and coordinating physical kit shipments

Our Site and products are directed to business professionals and are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.
