Shipping Policy

Leaders Edge Labs (operated by The Medley Collective LLC) offers both physical and digital leadership training kits. This policy describes how each format is delivered and sets forth important terms regarding shipping, delivery, and risk of loss.

Digital Kits

Digital Lab kits are delivered electronically. After your purchase is confirmed and payment is processed, you will receive an email to the address provided at checkout containing a secure link to access and download your materials. Digital delivery is typically completed within minutes of purchase confirmation, though in some cases it may take up to one (1) hour.

If you do not receive your digital delivery email within one (1) hour of purchase, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folders. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at info@leadersedgelabs.com and we will resend your access link promptly. Delivery of a Digital Kit is deemed complete upon transmission of the download access email to the email address you provided at checkout.

Physical Kits

Physical Lab kits are produced by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner and shipped directly to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Because each kit is printed on demand, there is a production lead time before shipping.

Processing time: Orders typically require five to seven (5–7) business days for printing, assembly, and quality verification before being handed off to the shipping carrier. Processing times may vary based on order volume and fulfillment partner capacity.

Estimated shipping times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping (Free) — Estimated seven to ten (7–10) business days from the date of shipment. Included with all physical kit orders at no additional charge.
  • Expedited Shipping — Estimated three to five (3–5) business days from the date of shipment. Available at checkout for an additional fee, calculated based on your location and package weight.

IMPORTANT: All shipping timeframes stated above are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other factors outside our control. The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from shipping delays. See Section 13 (Force Majeure) of our Terms of Service for additional detail.

Note: Specific carrier information and more precise delivery windows will be published on this page as we finalize our fulfillment partnerships. This policy will be updated accordingly.

Order tracking: Once your order has been shipped by our fulfillment partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and carrier information so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Service area: We currently ship physical kits to addresses within the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in ordering, please contact us at info@leadersedgelabs.com to discuss potential arrangements.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is included at no additional cost for all physical kit orders shipped within the United States. Expedited shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the delivery address and package specifications.

Risk of Loss and Title

For physical kit shipments, title to and risk of loss for the products passes to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier at our fulfillment facility. While we are not responsible for loss or damage that occurs after the products are delivered to the carrier, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve any issues. If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will, at your election, either ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window (processing time plus shipping time), please contact us at info@leadersedgelabs.com and we will coordinate with our fulfillment partner and carrier to investigate.

Incorrect or incomplete address: Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a package is undeliverable or returned to our fulfillment partner due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by you, we will contact you to confirm a corrected address. Reshipment may be subject to additional shipping charges at the applicable rate.

Refused delivery: If a package is refused upon delivery without prior arrangement with us, it will be treated as a voluntary return and subject to the return conditions set forth in our Refund & Return Policy.
